19. Pre-approval should be obtained (1) The chairman and members should take the prior approval of the Government of Nepal if they are going on a foreign trip for personal work.
(2) In order to visit Nepal in connection with the work of the commission, the chairman must obtain the approval of the Prime Minister and the members must obtain the approval of the chairman.
